The Return of the Mindful Squad 🧠🌿

We’re beyond excited to once again collaborate with Mindful Squad, a partnership that brings mindfulness and mental wellbeing front and centre for the young people we serve. This year also marks the launch of our new Mindful Squid Sessions, a playful, accessible take on emotional literacy and wellbeing that we know families are going to love.
